I can offer you workshops, seminars, keynote speaking, and coaching, aiding your personal and professional growth through study and practical application of proven leadership methods. I have over 30-years of leadership consulting and training experience working with a variety of corporate, commercial and private industry. Working together, I will move you and/or your team or organization in the desired direction to reach your goals.
I started my career in a very different direction. I served in the US Navy nuclear submarine force onboard the USS Michigan, an Ohio class submarine. While focused on the science and technology side of work, I found myself continually asked to help with training, team building, and leadership. While I love the challenges presented in the science and technology arena, it was the challenges on the people side that I found most interesting. Interesting enough to change careers and start my own company. Since then, I have worked with 1000’s of leaders from a variety of industries helping them achieve organizational, professional, and personal goals. I had the opportunity to co-facilitated a substantial culture change effort, design, and implement a corporate university leadership program and provide a variety of workshops on leadership, team, sales, and personal growth.
